Adjacent Spaces, the dynamic event that explores opportunities and investments across alternative asset classes, is returning to Berlin on Tuesday 16 May 2023. Running alongside the International Hospitality Investment Forum (15-17 May) the one-day conference at The Pullman Hotel Berlin Schweizerhof will discuss alternative asset classes, including co-living, co-working, serviced apartments, hostels and student accommodation.

F&B Optimisation Hub to debut at IHIF 2023 as investors seek asset and operational optimisation in hotels


The International Hospitality Investment Forum (IHIF) 2023 will elevate the topic of food and beverage (F&B) in hotels when it returns to Berlin on 15-17 May. The F&B Optimisation Hub is an activation space within the main exhibition, designed to bring into sharper focus the role F&B plays in achieving asset and operational optimisation for investors and operators.

Representation of Women in The Hospitality Industry

Ethnic diversity in the hospitality sector is improving from entry level up, according to a recent survey of over 400 global participants carried out by WiH Global, supported by Questex Hospitality and Hospitality Insights. However, more action is needed to drive change at the leadership level. The picture is the same when looking at the representation of women in the sector, with 66% of middle management being female, indicating potential for levelling up at board level in time.
